A deposit of $500 Per Person is required to reserve your room. This deposit must be paid (authorized) at booking and will be processed within 72 hours of your submission.

A payment of 50% of your remaining balance is due by Thursday, February 11, 2027. The vendor reserves the right to cancel your reservation if payment is not made by this date.

Final payment of your reservation is due by Friday, July 30, 2027. The vendor reserves the right to cancel your reservation if payment is not made by this date.

Additional payments towards your balance can be made any time before the final payment is due.

Your reservation is made based on your requested occupancy level. Should the occupancy level change after the booking is confirmed, the remaining roommate agrees to pay the revised rate, find a replacement roommate or cancel also.
