Marilyn Scott is a travel advisor who officially started in the travel industry in 2016.
Previously she worked in various finance roles in the telecommunication and healthcare industries.
Marilyn is now the Owner of Destinations For You Travel, a travel agency that removes the stress for mature adults (empty, almost-empty or no nest) of researching, planning, and booking travel experiences based on their needs and travel styles.
She believes in continual learning as an ASTA Verified Travel Advisor (VTA), a Certified Travel Associate (CTA) with the Travel Institute and an Accredited Cruise Counselor with CLIA.
It's probably no secret she has an obsession with all things travel. Travel has been an integral part of the majority her life.
But as much as she loves to travel, She loves to encourage other people to travel and see as much of the world as possible more.
As an ambivert,(an extroverted introvert), planning your travel experiences is a dream career. It's the perfect intersection of understanding people and her travel industry expertise and knowledge.
